As an investment company in China, Matsushita Electric (China) Co., Ltd. is also responsible for the implementation and support of personnel training, finance, legal affairs, environmental protection, and intellectual property rights. In January 2012, Panasonic Electric (China) Co., Ltd. absorbed and merged Panasonic Electric (China) Co., Ltd., and its business scope was further expanded.
